What Inspires You About Phys. Ed: No matter what a person chooses to do with their life, taking active responsibility for their health and wellness allows them to feel better and be happier on a daily basis. The potential we hold to be a positive influence in the lives of students and to guide them towards being happier, healthier individuals through quality Physical Education programs is definitely a driving force of inspiration for me. Watching students grow more confident in their abilities is also a major source of inspiration!

What I Do: I am a physical education teacher at Royal Charles elementary school. I am also the founder of ThePhysicalEducator.com
What Inspires You About Phys. Ed: I don't teach physical education, I teach kids. Physical education is just the medium I use to get kids to recognize the potential that they have and to help them develop it. I chose to teach through physical education because I believe that health is the key to unlocking one's potential. Also, it's crazy fun.
