Hello Physical Education and Health teachers in Quebec!
As many of you have already heard, the PHE Canada National Conference [LINK] is coming to Quebec! The conference will take place at McGill University from May 2nd to 4th, 2019. This will be the first time the conference has been held in Quebec in 37 years!

The 2019 PHE Canada National Conference
Many Physical Education and Health teachers in Quebec have attended a National Conference before, but for many this will be a first PHE National Conference.
Some things to know:
First off, you are all “members” when it comes to registration!
All Physical Education and Health teachers in Quebec are part of the APEQ network and therefore eligible for the early-bird “member” pricing of $350.00 (total of $367.50 with tax). No proof of membership will be requested when you register online with PHE Canada and select this option.
Here is a general overview of the schedule to help you with your planning (times subject to change):

An additional option- the Pre-Conference!
There will be four pre-conference sessions offered concurrently from 1 – 4 pm on Thursday, May 2nd , so those interested will be able to choose to attend one of the four sessions. These three hour workshops are designed to allow for more time to go into depth on the topics being presented. The topics are yet to be confirmed (but unofficially, circus arts, assessment, outdoor education and technology in the gym are the topics that have been identified for pre-conference sessions, with two of the workshops being offered in French and two being offered in English).
Pre-conference has an additional registration cost of $50, so the total registration cost to attend a pre-conference session as well as the main conference is $420 (including taxes).
